About Terri

Terri has a dual quality role within Clear Quality to deliver both ISO quality management and the Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship course. This benefits clients by helping them to implement ISO standards and processes, then training specific members of the team to maintain those standards and provide them with the tools they need to drive continuous improvement within the business.   

Terri has gained fantastic experience first-hand by previously working as a production manager within the steel industry. This has taught her some of the internal challenges that companies, and individuals need to overcome in order to make positive changes and build a quality-focused culture.
