Step 1

Our team can also source the relevant third-party certification body for you saving you time and money.

Step 2

A Gap analysis will be carried out on your current business process controls to determine the areas of focus in readiness to gain you certification with the required ISO standard. Enrolments will take place for specified personnel who require further development through our work-based learning programmes.

Step 3

Bespoke management system will be embedded within your business by a specialist consultant and training will be carried out to key personnel if not all individuals within the workforce. 

Step 4

Process audits will take place in advance of stage one assessment.

Step 5

Certification audit stage two will take place and your allocated specialist will be your business representative. 

Step 6

Celebration time – Your business will be awarded certification.
