To complete the course, delegates will be assessed through two key methods:
- 15-Minute Micro Teach – Each participant will deliver a short training session to the group, applying the skills and techniques learned throughout the course. This provides a valuable opportunity to receive feedback and refine your approach.
- Multiple Choice Exam – A short exam will be taken at the end of the course to test your understanding of key principles and methods of effective training delivery.
