About Chris

Chris brings over 30 years of experience in conflict resolution and leadership training to Clear Quality through his business, Prospero Mediation and Training. As an Associate Partner, he enhances our ability to support clients with specialist training and mediation services, available under the Clear Quality brand.

Following a 40-year career in the Royal Air Force, Chris now leads a CPD-accredited training organisation focused on helping leaders and teams navigate workplace challenges with confidence and professionalism. His work includes accredited mediation services, conflict coaching, and a suite of practical training courses covering areas such as conflict management, active listening, unconscious bias, and equality, diversity & inclusion.

Chris is also a certified DISC profiler, helping organisations unlock better communication, reduce conflict, and build stronger, more collaborative teams. Whether in-person or online, his delivery style is informed, engaging, and grounded in decades of real-world experience.
