When I joined Meetupcall I took over the project of implementing ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001. I needed to choose a consultancy firm who would partner with us to implement these standards into our business. I was looking for a local company with good reviews and this is when I discovered Clear Quality, their website seemed warm and welcoming. I set up a call with Debbie who was very efficient and got back to me so quickly, the call went well, and I could tell Clear Quality would be a great partner to support us on our ISO journey.

Clear Quality has worked alongside our company, in effect becoming an extension of our company. Karen our consultant has been so good at learning our business and adapting to offer the specific support we have required to keep us on track with the ISO requirements. If I was to choose one word to describe the experience, we have had with Clear Quality it would be ‘supportive’.
