About Karen

Karen is one of the most seasoned members of the team, bringing with her over 30 years auditing and senior management experience.

She still really enjoys meeting new people and helping them to see the benefits that ISO certification will bring to their business, and how to create and maintain their quality management system. She says

“Throughout my career I have gained the benefit of being on both sides of the external auditing system. This allows me to appreciate the anxiety of clients as they go through the external audit process, and to work with them in a fair and constructive manner until they achieve compliance.”

• ICS Certificate in leading and managing change and quality improvement
• OCR Level NVQ in Co-ordination and Learning and Development
• Professional Trainer Award (CIEH)
